Digital Media Online Announces Strategic Partnership with NAB

February 16, 2001 (Santa Ana, CA) - Digital Media Online, http://www.digitalmedianet.com, has announced a strategic partnership with the National Association of Broadcasters (NAB) to provide exhibitors at the NAB Conference and Expo, April 21 - 26 in Las Vegas, with video-based company infomercials for Post-Show representation on DigitalMediaNet.com web communities as well as the NAB website.

DMN TV/NAB broadcast services are high quality broadband infomercials of company product demonstrations shot on the NAB exhibit floor and include post-show distribution on relevant NAB and DigitalMediaNet.com community channels.

DMNTV.com, the broadcast division of Digital Media Online, and NAB will schedule production crews at individual exhibitor booths to capture product demonstrations, new product launches or executive interviews. The broadband content will later be edited and promoted through communities identified by the exhibitor on www.DigitalMediaNet.com and included on the NAB site, www.nab.org. The video footage will be featured on specific DigitalMediaNet.com sites for three months post-show. In addition, all footage will be owned outright by the exhibiting company for use on their website, company videos, or future booth demonstrations.

"NAB has always been the premiere show for the industries we serve," said Lou Wallace, CEO of Digital Media Online. "We are very excited to be working with them and providing NAB exhibitors with high quality broadband content that they own and can reap the benefits of months after the show is over."

"We're pleased to be able to provide added value to our exhibitors," said NAB President and CEO Edward O. Fritts. "This partnership will allow NAB exhibitors to take advantage of web technology to help spread their message. It will also allow web browsers to sample the plethora of new technology and products on display at the NAB convention."

Spots are available now on a first come, first serve basis. The package includes a video shoot in the NAB booth, two separate setups, post production work, compressing files into Quicktime and RealVideo movie files, digital movies mastered onto CD-ROM, final edit mastered onto Beta SP, full content buyout and distribution of content on five DigitalMediaNet.com sites.
