Digital Media Online Signs Content Licensing Deal with PRIMEDIA

SANTA ANA, CA, (March 8, 2000) -- Digital Media Online (http://www.digitalmedianet.com/), the leading developer of B2B vertical online communities for the digital media market, has entered into a licensing agreement with PRIMEDIA Inc.'s (NYSE:PRM) IndustryClick to license content from seven publications from PRIMEDIA's Intertec Publishing Entertainment Group.

Digital Media Online will license the content from seven industry-leading entertainment technology publications including Millimeter, Mix, Video Systems, Broadcast Engineering, World Broadcast News, BE Radio, and Sound and Video Contractor. The combined circulation of the publications reaches more than one million decision-making professionals. Content may be used on all channels within the DigitalMediaNet.com industry hub.
