Lou Wallace -- CEO and Chairman of the Board
Prior to co-founding Digital Media OnLine, Lou was founding Publisher of DCC Magazine (Advanstar), Publisher of PC Graphics & Video Magazine (Advanstar), Publisher of Digital Studio Magazine (Advanstar), founder and Publisher of Digital Producer Magazine (DMO), founding Editor-in-Chief of Digital Magic Magazine (Pennwell), founding Editor-in-Chief of DV Magazine (Miller Freeman) and founding Editor-in-Chief of Desktop Video World (IDG). Lou has over 15 years experience in the digital media marketplace as publisher, editor and journalist, and has authored hundreds of articles and opinion pieces and is a regular speaker at industry tradeshows and events. As CEO and Chairman of the Board, he is responsible for strategic direction, partnerships, acquisitions and business development.


Michael Ames -- Executive Vice President, Finance and CFO
Michael Ames brings extensive experience to DMO having held senior executive management positions with several small to medium-sized private companies. He was a senior vice-president of a Fortune 1000 data processing outsourcing company. And he has negotiated millions of dollars of equity financing and lines of credit for these companies. He also brought one company public through a reverse merger. Michael is a certified public accountant in the State of California and is a qualified expert witness, in the field of accounting, in the United States Federal Court system. Michael holds Bachelor of Arts degrees in Accounting and Management Information Systems from California State University, Fullerton. Frank Moldstad -- Vice President, Editorial
Frank has extensive experience in the digital media space, both as a magazine editor and digital studio owner. He has served as Editor-in-Chief of DCC Magazine, PC Graphics & Video, Digital Studio, Video Store, and other print publications. As Vice President of Editorial, Moldstad’s duties at Digital Media Online include overseeing the creation of the company's online communities, developing web sites to serve the interests of digital content creators, including digital video and audio editors, digital animators and DVD/CD authors. He also serves as the producer of Digital Media Online's web site AnimationArtist.com. His audio facility, Most Studios, has catered to clients ranging from San Francisco standup comic Kurt Weitzman to New York-based singer/songwriter Owen MacDonald.
